


Deliveries will be made by a carrier i.e. parcel force or delivered direct from our authorised suppliers. The Majority of ready made items or stock items will be delivered within three to seven working days (mon-fri, excluding bank holidays) of your order being paid for. Although, we do aim to despatch orders within 24 hours for the next working day delivery. Please note, that if for some reason the item(s) you have ordered are not available, we will contact you, as soon as we become aware by phone or email to let you know. At this point you will be given the option to cancel or amend your order. We do not accept liability for costs involved in delayed deliveries.
Delivery is normally charged at £6.99 unless stated on the product information where you will find some smaller items are carriage free. Orders of which are £180.00 and over will be eligible for free delivery. Orders to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or off shore will incur an additional £5.00 charge. Delivery to these can be an additional 3 days.
Please be aware when placing an order make sure it’s to an address where someone is available to sign for the item (s). We cannot specify on exact or times, however you can list an alternative address i.e. neighbour or workplace. The carriers will not leave items that are not signed for. If you would like us to leave your parcel with a different person, please fill out the additional comments section, when placing your order. Delivery charges are based on a one man delivery to an easily accessible ground floor location.
If you are not in at the time of delivery and the parcel cannot be delivered. You will be left a delivery note and asked to collect the parcel from your nearest depot. In the event the parcel remains at the depot for more than five days the parcel will be returned to us and you will incur a charge of £12.95 to re deliver the parcel.
Once the order has been dispatched, any changes to the delivery address will be charged at an additional £6.99. To avoid this charge please ensure you have followed the policy correctly as above.
Upon receipt please check your items, if goods arrive damaged in anyway, please notify us within three working days.

A sampling service is available. Please be aware that samples may not identically match, particularly in colour, you may have to accept reasonable variation.
The Maximum number of free samples that you may order is six; we therefore reserve the right to reject orders of samples in excess of that number.

In the unlikely event that you should need to amend or cancel your order for upholstery or made to measure products, you have the right to do so up to 48 hours after you have placed your order, by contacting us on 01935 420 200 or 07969 229 540.
If you amend your order in anyway more than 48 hours after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we occur in relation to you order. This charge will not be more than 50% of your order value.
Our soft furnishings are personlised goods made to your specification. It is most important that the measurements you provide us are accurate. We will not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect all curtain pairs will be made from the same batch of fabric. If ordering two or more pairs for the same room we will endeavour to use the same batch. We advise if you are ordering two pairs of curtains, that you order them at the same time to ensure they are made from the same batch.
We recommend all goods should be dry clean only.
Textile materials do shrink. A shrinkage tolerance of up to 5% should be allowed when making curtains, blinds and soft furnishings.
Some fabrics can fade in direct sunlight or expand in damp conditions.
Measurements provided by you. Whilst we will make every effort to supply the product to your exact measurements, please note due to shrinkage, pattern matching and certain product techniques we will not be liable for any difference of up to two centimetres between your stated measurements and the finished product.
Upholsters or made to measure items cannot be returned after you receive them, unless they are inspected and confirmed by us as defective.

Every effort is made to ensure that the products we supply correspond; as closely to the samples, however there is a chance they might not be completely identical. We regret that no responsibility can be accepted for these slight variations which all add to the unique features. Fabric shades will inevitably vary slightly from one printing batch to another.
